Man Arrested for Masturbating while Driving

Police in New Jersey have arrested a 41 year old man, Mr. George
Simpson for masturbating while driving.
It seems a commuter videotaped Simpson Jr. masturbating behind the wheel.
The video shows him maneuvering the bus through heavy traffic and the
Lincoln Tunnel while pleasuring himself. The bus was traveling from
Carteret to New York City.
New Jersey Transit police have charged Simpson with risking injury or
damage by removing his hands from the wheel. He is also accused of
lewdness and reckless driving.
In a statement, a NJ Transit spokesman said the driver was immediately
removed from service without pay because of "disturbing and grossly
irresponsible conduct."
But because of all the semen normally all over New Jersey buses any
formal charges or discipline will be unlikely for lack of evidence.

Minister Of Education Approves JAMB/UTME Cut Off Marks For Universities

The Federal Government, through the minister of Education, on Tuesday approved the cut-off marks for admission into tertiary institutions for the 2013/2014 academic session.

The Minister of Education, Ruqayyatu Rufa’i, announced the cut-off marks into the Colleges of Education, Polytechnics and other degree-awarding institutions in Abuja. She gives the cut off marks as:

180 for federal universities and 150 for polytechnics and others.

Rufa’i said this at the Fourth Combined Policy Meeting on Admission to Degree-Awarding Institutions, National Diploma (ND), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) and National Innovation Diploma (NID) awarding institutions.

“I implore all stakeholders to follow the Federal Government’s guidelines on admission which stipulates a 70:30 Technology/Non-Technology ratio for ND programmes.

“Also, 60:40 Science/Arts ratio for Degree and Nigeria Certificate in Education programmes and also to observe the criteria on merit, catchments and educationally less developed states. In addition, we must not forget the carrying-capacity of our institutions as approved by the accrediting bodies," she said.

The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, added: “Let me remind all the federal institutions that the ratio of 45:35:20 for merit, catchment and educationally less-developed states, respectively, is still in force and should be adhered to strictly to ensure national cohesion.

“All Nigerians must be given the opportunity to mix and educate freely in any part of the country."

There's A Facebook Virus Going Around That Can Empty Your Bank Account

A six-year-old virus that drains bank accounts is thriving on
Facebook, reports Nicole Perlroth of The New York Times.
The virus is spread through phishing messages.
When someone has been phished , their account will automatically send
messages or links to a large number of their friends.
These messages or links are usually ads telling friends to checkout
videos or products. Don't click them.
Facebook is aware of the problem but it isn't taking the matter nearly
as seriously as it should be, says Eric Feinberg, founder of the
advocacy group Fans Against Kounterfeit Enterprise (FAKE).
Feinberg told The NYTimes, "[Facebook isn't] listening ... we need
oversight on this."
The virus is called Zeus . It's a special type of Trojan horse that
has already infected millions of computers. Zeus works by remaining
dormant on your computer until you log into your bank account. Once
you're in it steals your password and drains your account.
Zeus targets Windows machines. It does not work on Mac OS X or Linux.
The only real way to protect yourself from it is to make sure you only
click links that come from trusted sources.
The virus is sophisticated too. Sometimes it can even replace your
bank's website with its own page in order to get even more information
like your social security number so that it can be sold on the black
market.
Zeus has been around since 2007 and evidence shows that it is only
getting more active. The virus is being hosted from computers
controlled by a Russian criminal gang that has been linked to online
crimes ranging from malware and identity theft all the way to child
pornography.
